Job Overview
DemandLab is a dynamic martech agency specializing in delivering cutting-edge marketing solutions to clients. The Marketing Manager at DemandLab works directly with the Client Success Director of the company to ensure all aspects of marketing and lead generation, from market research and competitor analysis to funnel management and lead conversion, are planned and executed.
The Marketing Manager will develop a marketing strategy and execution plan based on business objectives. In this role, you will manage marketing programs across paid/earned/owned media channels, lead a cross-functional team of employees and contractors in executing the marketing plan, manage an annual budget, and deliver analytics and insights to the leadership team.
The Marketing Manager maintains, administers, and enforces marketing automation technologies and processes to ensure user adoption, reduce user friction, and continually improve automation to scale with the needs of company growth.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of managing the marketing team’s process requirements, including but not limited to setting and maintaining operational processes, monitoring team performance, and training. The position entails creating the environment in which the marketing team succeeds in its delivery to sales and fulfills lead funnel targets.
The Marketing Manager monitors team member goals and professional development plans in line with the annual corporate objectives and actively works to ensure the team’s performance goals are achieved on a quarterly and annual basis. This individual is also responsible for creating processes and looks to continually improve processes to create greater efficiencies. This team member is expected to provide services to clients with approximately 10-15% of their time being billable.
