Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an HR Systems Support Specialist on a temporary (up to 24 month) basis within our People & Culture team. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.

What you’ll do:
o Complete gap analysis and resolution for user needs and software fit.
o Gathering, documenting, prioritizing, and communicating requirements.
o System configuration, design, testing and implementation.
Who you’ll work with:
You will work closely with the HR Systems team and will report into the Senior Manager, HR Systems. This team strives to cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, customer service and support.
