This role sits within LBC Capital, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank.
The primary focus of the Booking Operations Specialist is to use their deep understanding of the business’ rules and processes to facilitate booking of the transactions in the system. The successful candidate will find solutions to problems and process improvements as well as test and implement them. The Booking Operations Specialist is a self-starter, results driven, and customer focused to meet business performance targets.
As an Operations Specialist, you demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and work collaboratively with fellow peers, internal and external customers and business partners while managing a variety of priorities.
